We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal (if enabled), Shop Pay, ClearPay, and other secure payment options displayed at checkout.

Q: Do I need an account to place an order?

Shipping & Delivery

Currently, we ship within the UK only.

We use trusted UK couriers:


  • Evri Standard Delivery

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48

You can also choose Evri drop-off locations to reduce delivery costs.

Q: How long does delivery take?


  • Evri Standard: 2–4 working days

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: ~2 working days, fully trackable

Q: How can I track my order?

After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking link via email for Evri or Royal Mail.

Q: What if my order is delayed or hasn’t arrived?

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Q: What is your returns policy?

We accept returns for faulty, damaged, or unwanted items in their original condition. Contact us within 14 days to start a return. See our Returns page for full details.

Q: Are returns free?

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. A 5% restocking fee applies unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Refunds are issued within 10–12 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Q: Are your products brand new?

Yes. All products sold by House of PDB are brand new and sourced from trusted suppliers.
